Absolutely NOT!  A detox is a method to assist the body in removing toxins.  There are many different degrees of detox.  For our purposes, a detox simply means removing certain foods that tend to cause the most inflammation, gastrointestinal issues, and weight blockage for a majority of people.  But no worries! There are plenty of fabulous food choices on our “INCLUDE” list to keep you totally satisfied and free from hunger.
